LIBRARY REGULATIONS
图书馆的规则
- All users of the UniMAP Library are subject to the regulations of the Universiti Malaysia Perlis Library.
所有UniMAP的图书馆用户均须遵守马来西亚玻璃市大学图书馆的规章制度。
- Only users with a smart card or permission letter are allowed to enter and use the collections, services, and facilities of the UniMAP Library.
只有持有智能卡或许可信的用户才被允许进入并使用UniMAP图书馆的馆藏、服务和设施。
- Library users are not allowed to use other users' smart cards.
图书馆用户不得使用其他人的智能卡。
- Users are only allowed to take out Library material if they make a valid loan.
用户不得在未经正式借阅的情况下携带任何图书馆资料离馆。
- Taking out library materials without permission is an offense.
未经许可携带图书馆资料离管属于违规行为。
- Users are responsible for renewing the loan of printed books / electronic books for the benefit of other users.
用户有责任及时续借纸质书籍或电子书,以保障其他用户的权益。
- All Library staff are authorized to implement these rules.
所有图书馆工作人员均被授权实施这些规定。
- Library staff has the right at any time to check bags or items brought in by users into the library premises or taken out by users of the Library in suspicious scenarios or situations.
图书馆工作人员有权在任何时间检查用户携入包袋或物品,以及在可疑情况下检查用户带出的物品。
- The Chief Librarian has the right to prevent users who are found violating the rules from using the Library facilities, and if necessary, disciplinary action will be imposed.
馆长有权禁止违反规定的用户使用图书馆的设施,并在必要时采取纪律处分。
- Users must comply with the Copyright Act 1987 and are fully responsible for any actions under this act.
用户必须遵守1987年版权法,并对其在本法之下的任何行为承担全部责任。
- The Library reserves the right to ask users whose behavior can be considered disturbing the comfort of other users and the harmony of the Library to leave the Library.
图书馆有权要求干扰其他用户舒适度和图书馆和谐环境的人员离馆。
- Users are allowed to bring in food and drinks on the Lower Ground of the Library and only eat and drink in the space designated by the Library.
用户被允许携带食品和饮料进入图书馆地下层,但只能在图书馆指定的区域内食用。
- Users are allowed to bring drinks using covered containers (with lids) to the open space of the library.
用户被允许携带带盖容器的饮料进入图书馆的开放空间。
- The implementation of the No Smoking Campus on the UniMAP Campus strictly prohibits smoking (including electronic cigarettes)
吸烟(包括电子烟)严格禁止,以符合 UniMAP 校园无烟政策的实施与遵守。
- Users must dress neatly and politely according to the rules set by the Student Affairs Department, Universiti Malaysia Perlis.
用户必须穿着整洁得体,并符合马来西亚玻璃市大学学生事务部规定的着装要求。
- Mobile phone users in the Library must respect other users and not disturb the Library's ecosystem.
图书馆内的手机用户必须尊重他人,并不得干扰图书馆的环境。
- Users are responsible for maintaining the harmony of the library and respecting other users while using the library's resources, facilities, and services.
用户有责任维护图书馆的和谐,并尊重其他用户在馆内的活动以及对馆藏资料、设施和服务的使用。
- Users are responsible for repositioning the furniture and equipment moved to their original location to preserve the library's ecosystem and make it conducive to all users.
用户有责任将移动过的家具和设备归还原位,以维护图书馆的环境,使其对所有用户保持良好和谐。
- Users are prohibited from carrying out vandalism activities and any activities that tend to acts of vandalism to preserve the University's property rights.
用户禁止进行破坏行为或任何可能导致破坏的活动,以维护大学财产。
- The Library will not be responsible for any loss or damage of personal items left inside and outside the Library.
图书馆不对遗留在馆内外的个人物品的遗失或损坏承担任何责任。
- Users are allowed to bring bags and personal items into the Library building. However, keeping personal belongings safe is entirely the user's responsibility.
用户被允许携带包袋和个人物品进入图书馆,但妥善保管个人物品是用户的责任。
- The user is fully responsible for the security of the material in his Library account. In the event of damage and loss of material, the borrower must report the case to the Access Service Unit immediately. To replace lost or damaged materials, users can choose the following options:
a) Replace the material with the same or latest edition or
b) Paying double the cost of materials along with service charges
用户对其借阅账户内资料的安全负全责。若发生损坏或遗失, 借阅者须立即向访问服务部门报告。对于遗失或损坏的资料, 用户课选择一下补偿方式:
- 以相同或最新版本的资料进行替换,或
- 支付该资料原价的两倍费用及服务费。
- If the user violates any of the Library rules set, the user is subject to the Universiti Malaysia Perlis Rules (Student Discipline) 2009 (Amendment).
若用户违反任何已制定的图书馆规定,则须遵守《2009年马来西亚玻璃市大学学生纪律条例》(修订版)。
