This course introduces students to the knowledge, understanding and synthesis of the basic processes in manufacturing such as metalcasting processes, forming & shaping processes, and joining processes. In the beginning of the course, the fundamental of materials will be given, before
they learn the processes in manufacturing. Students will undergo practical sessions in the workshop/lab to help in a better understanding of the subject matter.
