Course Synopsis

The aim of this course is to enable students focused on strenght of material which begins with the concept of stress and strain. The concept of axial load, torsion, and bending are also discussed. The stress results from combined loadings will be covered in this course, as well as the concepts for transforming multiaxial states of stress and in similar manner, the methods for strain transformation. Besides that the buckling of column also will be exposed to the student.

Printed Books are located at both Main Library and Branch Library in Kangar. This is due to nature of this subjects, we were fairly needed by students and researchers in other subject areas.
