Course Synopsis

This course covers both theoretical and practical aspects of fermentation and enzyme in bioprocess technology. It describes several fermentation processes involved in the food production such as alcohol, organic acids, proteins, enzymes and antibodies as well as the principles and techniques of enzyme extraction and purification.
