Course Synopsis

This course covers a broad spectrum of food microbiology in food industry with a strong emphasis on the history, habitats, taxonomy, and growth parameters of microorganisms in food and their products in foods which further related to food preservation as indicators of food safety, quality and foodborne diseases.
