Course Synopsis

This course covers a broad spectrum of food sciences from food constituents, applications of processing techniques in food production, quality factors that influence the food deterioration and food packaging during processing and shelf life, emerging of new processing technologies, food safety issues and goverment regulation that involved in food science and technology.

Printed Books are located at both Main Library and Branch Library in Kangar. This is due to nature of this subjects, we were fairly needed by students and researchers in other subject areas.
