The course aims to develop student’s general theoretical knowledge of business ethics and corporate social responsibility in contemporary economies and to reflect upon and analyse this concepts as an evolving management practice.The student will also be exposed on how to develop a CSR framework for business.
1. Create and evaluate the business ethics and corporate social responsibility as a system of interlinked concepts derived from accounting, environmental management, management, and social sciences (C6, P4, A4, CTPS, EM, TS)
2. Assess and compare corporate social responsibility from different theoretical perspectives (C6, P4, A5, CTPS, EM, TS).
3. Critically defend and estimate the design and outcome of corporate social responsibility in contemporary organisational settings (C6, P5, A5, CTPS, EM, CS,TS).
