Course Synopsis

This course introduces students to the basic ofengineering concepts and how they can be applicable in manufacturing systems across industries. It also covers issues from engineering disciplines. These key engineering issues shall be translated into entrepreneurial opportunities. For example, how bioprocess engineering can be used in agriculture, food, perfume and pharmaceuticals. Or cause and effect of climate change to the environment. Or the usage of electrical and electronics engineering in power generation and broadcast transmission systems.
